Some tips to help your weight loss be the best it can be are: before exercising- eat a low-carb, protein filled snack bar about an hour before working out- this will help to give you more energy to keep you going longer. Alter your exercise routines as well, so that your body does not get use to the same routine and stop burning the fat. Drink lots of water! This will help to keep you hydrated and it also makes you feel full. Lastly, remember to eat 5-6 small meals a day rather than 3 large ones. This will help to keep your metabolism revved up. For dog owners- remember they need exercise too- so go on a walk with them to help both of you live longer!
