 Therapeutic Massage
Deep tissue massage focuses on deeper layers of muscle tissue to help break up muscle knots and scar tissue. Our therapeutic massage can be a combination of several different modalities. This massage will be customized to your individual needs and may include; Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Hot Stone, and Myofascial Release. Deep pressure is used. |
 Hot Stone Massage
Our Hot Stone Massage includes manual manipulation along with the relaxing warmth from smooth, hand picked stones that promotes the body’s ability to relax. Light to medium pressure is used. The benefits of this massage includes; improved circulation to allow your therapist to more easily perform deep tissue massage. |
Trigger Point Massage  This therapy technique is included within a Therapeutic Massage by applying pressure to tiny contraction knots that develop in muscle tissue when injured or overwhelmed. Trigger point therapy may be painful since pressure is being applied to already tender muscles. This massage flushes the deep knots to help it release the muscle fibers.

Aromatherapy Massage  This soothing massage combines the art of aromatic essence with Swedish Massage. We use 100% natural products, concentrated oils to the purest degree. Your trained Aromatherapist creates a tailor-made oil blend to massage you, based on what therapeutic benefits you are looking to achieve. This light to medium pressure therapy is best used to rebalance your body and mind.

This ancient tradition believes that both the hands and feet are the pathway to the organs, glands and other body parts. Thumb and finger pressure, combined with hot stones, is used on specific areas to stimulate, improve balance, circulation and homeostasis for the entire body. This modality also relieves tension and may be used in combination with other massages. |
Raindrop Technique (precaution sheet)  Drops of the nine purest oils are applied in a rain-drop like fashion down the spine.
